The hotel is in great shape and offers an excellent breakfast.
The staff seemed uninterested in their jobs. The room's shower had visible repair work and hardly maintained a stable temperature, causing frustration .

The room was impeccably clean and comfy. Breakfast was delish, really reasonable. The staff were super friendly, even though the bar was closed for reno. Air-conditioning was a lifesaver in the crazy heat!

They have wheelchair accessible rooms with a bath and three beds plus a balcony and care about everyone. The location is good and unbeatable and next to a train station. The hotel is in a downtown area. Cheap restaurant offers fine food. Every time we stay in Milan, like to stay here...
